The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority, in coordination with the Department of the Interior and Local Government deployed three teams to clear Baclaran and Mabuhay Lanes in Pasay City of obstructions. The operations is part of the memorandum of agreement between the agencies where cleared areas will be turned over to barangay captains to maintain the orderliness and accessibility of those alternate routes.
