MMDA General Manager Usec. Procopio Lipana led the debriefing session today, January 23 at the MMDA Headquarters in Makati City together with the Sidewalk Clearing Operations Group (SCOG), Local Government Unit of Pasay City and Parañaque City regarding the clearing operations last week.
In the meeting, Usec. Lipana recommended the team to intensify its clearing operations against illegal parking, colorum vehicles, and illegal vendors.
