Metropolitan Manila Development Authority Acting Chairman Atty. Don Artes sat down with San Juan City Mayor Francis Zamora, LTO Regional Director Atty. Noreen San Luis-Lutey, and traffic bureau heads of the 17 Metro Manila local government unit as they approved today the final draft of the Metro Manila Traffic Code for the single ticketing system. The proposed system, which will standardize traffic fines across NCR, is expected to be fully implemented in the first quarter of 2023.
