Representatives from the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA), the 17 local government units in Metro Manila, and national agencies responsible for managing traffic in the metropolis on Friday have committed to work together to implement a five-year action plan to ease congestion in Metro Manila, the country’s economic and business center.
