Metropolitan Manila Development Authority Acting Chairman Atty. Romando Artes led the send-off of the 28-man team that will be deployed in Paeng-hit Maguindanao for 15 days. The team will provide clean water to typhoon victims and assist in the ongoing operations to clear the roads affected by flooding and landslides.
