MMDA Acting Chairman Engr. Carlo Dimayuga III, together with officials from the World Bank (WB), Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB), and the Department of Public Works and Highways, today inspected the Solid Waste Granulator (SWG) and Brick Making Facility (BMF) located at Vitas Pumping Station in Tondo, Manila.
