MMDA Acting Chairman Engr. Carlo Dimayuga III inspects some of the agency's flood control structures such as the Taguig pumping station and EFCOS / Manggahan Floodgates in Pasig City. These structures helped in flood mitigation during the onslaught of super typhoon Karding.
