Traffic enforcers of the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) receive a donation of Essilor sunglasses in recognition of their duties especially during this summer season. MMDA Chairman Romando Artes said the donation from the Essilor Vision Foundation was initiated by former Chairman Benhur Abalos who chaired the agency for a year.
