Metropolitan Manila Development Authority Chairman Benhur Abalos announces the reimplementation of the modified number coding scheme starting tomorrow, December 1. Abalos said the number coding scheme will be implemented during weekdays or Monday to Friday, except holidays, from 5pm to 8pm. It will only cover private vehicles.
