Metropolitan Manila Development Authority Chairman Benhur Abalos and the MMDA FOI team receive the Commitment to Excellence Award (Agency Category) and Top Performing and Requested Agency for the fourth consecutive year during the Freedom of Information Awards 2021. Abalos said that the FOI in the agency has been one of the contributors for the success of the vaccination rollout in Metro Manila.
