MMDA Chairman Benhur Abalos and Quezon City Assistant Administrator Alberto Kimpo lead the ceremonial switching on of the new traffic lights at the two EDSA u-turn slots in Quezon City - one in front of the Quezon City Academy and near Dario Bridge to facilitate smooth flow of traffic in the area without interrupting the operations of the EDSA Bus Carousel.
