MMDA Chairman Benhur Abalos, Caloocan Mayor Oscar Malapitan and Congressman Along Malapitan inspect the Gen. Tinio U-turn slot as it reopens to motorists following complaints of heavy traffic in the area. Concrete barriers were removed and MMDA personnel were also deployed to ensure smooth vehicular flow.
