MMDA Chairman Benhur Abalos pays courtesy call to Department of Environment and Natural Resources Secretary Roy Cimatu. Cimatu has reaffirmed his department's commitment to projects partnered with MMDA such as esteros and other waterways cleanup and tree-planting program in Baseco, Tondo which is part of Manila Bay Rehabilitation Program aimed at bringing back its old glory.
