MMDA Implements Stop-and-Go Traffic Scheme for the 52nd Southeast Asian Ministers of Education Organization
The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) will implement a stop-and-go traffic scheme along EDSA Shaw Boulevard Northbound starting tomorrow, February 7 until February 10, for the 52nd Southeast Asian Ministers of Education Organization (SEAMEO) Council Conference.
A total of 685 personnel will be deployed to ensure the smooth flow of traffic.
