The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority partners with Landbank of the Philippines and Bayad Center for the agency's cashless payment system that will digitize collection of traffic fines. MMDA Chairman Atty. Benhur Abalos, Landbank of the Philippines Executive Vice President Julio Climaco, and Bayad Center President and CEO Lawrence Ferrer inked a memorandum of agreement that will also promote safe, transparent and convenient payment options for the agency's clients.
