The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) launched today its Mobile Material Recovery Facility (MMRF) and Community Based Takakura Composting, two waste diversion initiatives designed to minimize waste towards a greener and healthier metro while promoting segregation and composting in communities.
